We all like stirring rhetoric. We like to think of ourselves as patriots. But how many lay it on the line? Those who vote for pulling levers for pre-picked party candidates when they know in advance that they will not keep their oaths of office are not exercising courage! The r3VOLution must start in our own hearts. When we have courage enough to work for and vote for Constitutional candidates, we will see a change (and then and only then deserve it).

Since Marshall was a military man it seems to me military men have had excess
effects upon America. An outstanding example (George Washington a farmer)wanted none of it, no King , no other form of tyranny would do either
and men of good will with GOD ALMIGHTY in mind wrote a plan which no other nation on earth has matched before or since. It is high time “we the people”
stand up and be counted. Chuck Baldwin is a patriot for whom I and my wife made a write in vote November 2008. Let us find a man early, stand behind him, support him, and elect him and a house and senate to change our nation back to the federation it was designed to be.

For my knowledge and understanding,,The responsibility to take action basically rests with each State Government to assert sovereinty with the support of their people…
As for the Supreme Court,many are part of the problem,wanting to keep their power at the cost of treason…
The last sentence spells it out clearly..
“WE the people must once again re-assert our Sovereignty in this country and the States MUST RECOGNIZE and ACT UPON THEIR “”GOD”"-ORDAINED ROLE AS FREEDOM PROTECTORS and TYRANNY RESISTORS !
THAT is where our problem is ,,,people have lost their faith in God ! I wish I could find a method to fire up the THE OLD TIME PREACHERS and STATESMEN to be DEDICATED and HONEST and do the same to the people. The hour clock has only seconds left !
