Tim Baldwin
The author of this website is Timothy Baldwin. Born and raised in Pensacola, FL, Tim graduated from Pine Forest High School in 1997 and the University of West Florida in 2001. From there, Tim went to law school at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, AL, graduating with a Juris Doctorate degree in 2004.
Tim is a former Florida Assistant State Felony Prosecutor (from 2004-2006) and has owned his law firm since 2006. Tim married Jennifer Hanssen in 2007 and they are expecting a baby girl in July, 2010.
Tim is a prolific writer/columnist and writes for numerous publications, including The New American magazine. Tim is also an articulate speaker relevant to freedom’s issues.
Tim is an author of legal and political articles, and has recently authored Freedom For A Change (published by Agrapha Publishing), which is now available for order. Freedom For A Change explains, expounds and analyzes the principles of freedom.
Tim is the son of Chuck Baldwin, former 2008 Constitution Party Candidate and loves the principles of freedom that America’s forefathers believed in and bequeathed to us with their “lives, fortunes and sacred honor”. Tim shares with so many Americans the commitment and passion for the values and principles found in the natural laws of God, in America’s fundamental founding documents and in sacrifices of America’s forefathers.
However, there appears to be a serious ignorance in this country regarding the principles that a society and government free, and time seems to be short to awaken the spirits and minds and hearts of Americans before “it is too late”.
The Liberty Defense League forum is designed to provide a voice and means of victory for freedom in these STATES of America. Three key ingredients are essential to sustaining freedom in a Republic: (1) virtue, (2) love of country and (3) education. When you possess these ingredients, it necessarily produces ACTION! Which STATES will accept this duty and responsibility?
