
The question is not a matter of how far will the federal government go...The question is, who will resist them?
Secession is about self-preservation, self-defense, perpetuating the principles of freedom.
Matters of secession and nullification are political decisions to be made only by the political body-politic of a sovereign.
Governments and unions are only instituted to protect freedom.
One must necessarily conclude that each party has a right to enforce the contract as it relates to the breach thereof.
